What We Offer

Compensation and Perks:

  • Competitive pay ranging from $18.00 to $19.00/hour (depending on your state, licensing, and line of business).

Work Schedule:

  • A minimum of 40 hours per week, with weekend availability as needed.

What You Need to Join Our Team

Licensing Requirements:
A valid Property & Casualty License, Personal Lines License, or Life/Health License is essential. Be sure to have your National Producer Number (NPN) ready.

Experience and Education:

  • Preferred 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Work-from-Home Essentials:

  • Foundever will provide necessary equipment, including a headset, after you pass the licensing exam.
  • High-speed internet with hardwiring capability is a must.
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace is essential.
  • For the first week of training (pre-licensing), you will need to use your own device (tablets and computers are allowed, except Kindle Fire; no cell phones permitted).

Additional Requirements:

  • You must be available to attend training and work during scheduled hours without interruptions.
  • Comfortable being on camera during training and production phases.
